BESSEY TOOL GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1889, but the first clamps, which it is known today in the whole world, were released only in 1936.
Today the company has its own production facility located in the German town of Bietigheim. This modern factory produces more than 1000 sizes of BESSEY hand tools and equipped not only with high-tech equipment, but also has its own research center, in which various experiments with the latest materials are conducted.
Creating clamps BESSEY - a complex cycle, combining several stages:
- design development by experienced designers;
- selection of materials from which the instrument will be manufactured;
- directly serial production.

Materials for the production of tools are one of the main components of BESSEY's success: high-quality fiberglass, durable and lightweight magnesium, durable and wear-resistant cold-drawn steel are used for manufacturing modern clamps.
